Article: Major Phone Companies To Establish Global Linux Mobile

Major phone companies today announced their intent to create the world's first global, open Linux-based mobile devices platform. Motorola, NEC, NTT DoCoMo, Panasonic Mobile Communications, Samsung Electronics, and Vodafone are the main players of this initiative.
